Summary

This research aims to understand how genetics and eating habits work together to influence weight gain, specifically by looking at brain inflammation. The study will compare identical twins who have different diets to see if their body fat and brain scans differ. Participants will undergo MRI scans, body measurements, and blood tests, with some twins also following a controlled meal plan for two weeks.
