Summary
This study is testing whether turmeric, a common dietary supplement, can help reduce pain and stiffness in people with thumb arthritis. Researchers will compare turmeric against a placebo in 60 adults with early-stage thumb osteoarthritis. The goal is to see if this natural option provides meaningful relief for this common joint problem.
