Summary

This study tests whether turmeric, a common spice, can reduce pain and stiffness in people with thumb arthritis. Sixty adults aged 40 and older with early-stage thumb arthritis will take turmeric and report their pain levels and hand function. The goal is to see if this natural option offers a safe, accessible way to manage symptoms.
