Summary
This study looked at whether regular Turkish regional dances, combined with a home exercise program, could improve bone density, balance, and quality of life in postmenopausal women aged 50–60 with osteopenia (low bone mass). 81 women participated. The goal was to see if dancing offers extra benefits beyond standard exercises for managing bone health.
