Summary
This study looked at whether regular Turkish traditional dancing, combined with home exercises, could improve bone density, balance, and quality of life in postmenopausal women aged 50-60 with osteopenia (low bone mass). 81 women took part. The goal was to see if dancing is a fun and effective way to help manage bone health and prevent further bone loss.
