First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looked at whether regular Turkish traditional dances, combined with home exercises, could improve bone density, balance, and quality of life in postmenopausal women aged 50-60 with osteopenia (low bone mass). 81 women participated.
