First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looked at whether regular Turkish traditional dances, combined with home exercises, could improve bone density, balance, and quality of life in postmenopausal women aged 50-60 with osteopenia (low bone mass). 81 women participated. The goal was to see if dancing is a safe, fun way to help manage bone health and prevent further bone loss.
