Summary
This early-stage study tests a drug called TURALIO (pexidartinib) in people aged 3 to 35 whose cancer (like leukemia or solid tumors) has not responded to standard treatments. The main goal is to find a safe dose and see if it can shrink tumors or stop them from growing. Participants take the drug daily for up to 2 years, with regular check-ups and scans.
