Summary

This study tests a new drug combination (tunlametinib plus other drugs) in 55 adults with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a KRAS mutation and has not responded to prior treatments. The main goal is to see how many patients' tumors shrink or disappear. The study also tracks how long the cancer stays under control and any side effects.
