Summary
This study tests whether a special massage therapy called Tui Jing can help ease depression symptoms. Researchers will compare real Tui Jing to a fake ultrasound treatment in 64 adults with depression. The goal is to see if this therapy improves mood, sleep, and stress levels by calming the nervous system.
