NCT ID NCT06947967

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 34 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding tucidinostat to standard chemotherapy (CHOP) helps people with a rare type of lymphoma (PTCL-TFH) live longer without their cancer growing or coming back. About 224 adults newly diagnosed with this lymphoma will receive either tucidinostat or a placebo plus CHOP. The goal is to improve disease control, not to cure the condition.
