Summary

This study tests a simple, non-invasive treatment for period pain called transcutaneous tibial nerve stimulation (TTNS). It involves a mild electrical pulse to the ankle to calm nerves linked to the uterus. Researchers will measure pain, quality of life, and a chemical linked to cramps in 32 women aged 20-25 with regular cycles.
