Summary

This study is testing a non-invasive nerve stimulation technique (TTNS) to see if it can reduce pain and improve quality of life in women with primary dysmenorrhea (painful periods). Researchers will measure pain levels, prostaglandin levels, and quality of life in 32 women aged 20-25. The goal is to find a drug-free way to manage period pain.
