New knee shot aims to ease arthritis pain in severe cases

Summary

This study tested a single injection of TTAX03 in the knee for people with severe osteoarthritis (grades 3-4). 90 adults received either the study drug or a placebo (saline). The goal was to see if more people reported significant pain relief or better function after 12 weeks. The trial is now complete.
