Summary

This early study tested a drug called TS-172 in 16 healthy Japanese men to see if taking it before or after a meal changes how the body handles phosphorus and sodium. The trial is complete and focused on safety and basic effects, not on treating any disease. It provides initial data on how the drug works in the body.
