First seen Apr 12, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study looked at whether taking magnesium citrate (400 mg daily for 90 days) could improve sleep quality and thinking skills in healthy Saudi adults who had poor sleep. Researchers compared 41 adults who took the supplement to a group that took nothing. The goal was to see if magnesium could be a simple way to help people sleep better and think more clearly.
