Summary
This study looked at two different exercise programs—foundation training and TRX suspension training—to see which one better improves endurance, strength, and power in cricket fast bowlers. Forty bowlers aged 18-30 took part in an 8-week program with three sessions per week. The goal was to find the best way to help bowlers perform better and reduce injury risk.
