Summary
This study tested two different exercise programs to see which works better for improving cricket fast bowlers' fitness. Researchers compared foundation training (focusing on core stability) with TRX suspension training (using bodyweight exercises) over eight weeks. The goal was to find the best approach to help bowlers throw faster and more accurately while reducing their risk of injury.
