Which workout builds better bowlers?
NCT ID NCT07440966
Summary
This study tested two different 8-week training programs for cricket fast bowlers to see which better improves performance and reduces injury risk. Forty bowlers were split into groups doing either foundation training (focusing on core stability) or TRX suspension training (using bodyweight and instability). Researchers measured changes in strength, power, and endurance to determine which approach works best for bowlers' specific needs.
