Summary
This early-phase study tests a new oral gel called TRX-920 in 30 people with advanced solid tumors that no longer respond to standard treatments. The gel contains an active anti-cancer drug (SN38) and aims to shrink tumors with fewer side effects than current IV chemotherapy. The main goals are to find the safest dose and understand how the body processes the drug.
