Summary
This study looked at 38 elite tennis players aged 11-18 to see if trunk (core) muscle endurance and flexibility are linked to athletic performance. Participants completed tests for sprint speed, agility, jump height, balance, and flexibility. The goal is to help coaches design better training programs to improve performance and reduce injury risk.
