Summary
This study compares two common treatments—triple therapy and quadruple therapy—for eradicating H. pylori bacteria in adults with dyspepsia (stomach discomfort). About 66 participants will receive either a three-drug or four-drug regimen, and researchers will check which works better and track side effects. The goal is to find the most effective way to clear the infection.
