Summary
This study tests whether a combination of three heart medications (SGLT2 inhibitor, ARNI, and MRA) can improve heart structure, function, and exercise capacity in 50 people with advanced heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF). Participants will receive either the triple therapy or standard care for 52 weeks. The goal is to see if the triple combination reduces heart scarring and improves daily life.
