First seen Apr 19, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tests a single pill that combines three common diabetes medicines (empagliflozin, linagliptin, and metformin) to see if it helps people with type 2 diabetes control their blood sugar better. About 800 adults aged 18-80 with high blood sugar (HbA1c 8% or above) who already take at least two diabetes drugs will take part. The goal is to improve blood sugar levels, quality of life, and treatment satisfaction while reducing side effects like low blood sugar.
