New study tests immunotherapy drug for advanced lung cancer in Real-World settings

Summary
This study looks at how well the immunotherapy drug atezolizumab works as the first treatment for people with stage IV non-small cell lung cancer that has high levels of a protein called PD-L1 and no targetable gene changes. Researchers will track survival, tumor response, and side effects in 150 patients receiving the drug as part of their normal care in Turkey. The goal is to see if results from clinical trials hold up in everyday practice.
