Real-World trial tests immunotherapy for advanced lung cancer

Summary
This study is observing how well the immunotherapy drug atezolizumab works as the first treatment for people with stage IV non-small cell lung cancer that has high PD-L1 levels and no targetable gene changes. About 150 participants will be followed in regular clinic settings to see how long they live and how the cancer responds. The goal is to understand real-world effectiveness and safety of this treatment.
