New IVF trigger strategy may boost pregnancy chances for poor responders
NCT ID NCT07569289
First seen May 09, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study tests whether using two medications (a GnRH agonist and HCG) together to trigger egg maturation works better than HCG alone for women who respond poorly to fertility treatments. About 164 women with low ovarian reserve will be randomly assigned to one of the two trigger methods. The goal is to see if the double trigger leads to more mature eggs and higher pregnancy rates.
