Neck pain showdown: activator vs shock wave therapy

Summary
This study tests two different therapies for neck pain caused by active trigger points (muscle knots) in the upper shoulder muscle. One hundred adults aged 25-40 with neck pain will be randomly assigned to receive either trigger point activator therapy or shock wave therapy. The goal is to see which treatment better reduces pain and improves neck function over the study period.
