Summary
This study tested whether trigger point massage and stretching exercises can help young women with painful periods (primary dysmenorrhea). 44 women aged 18-30 were split into groups doing exercise alone, exercise plus massage, or usual care. Researchers measured pain, menstrual symptoms, and quality of life using standard questionnaires. The goal was to find a simple, non-drug way to ease period pain and improve daily life.
