Summary

This study looked at whether adding A1 pulley stretching to standard tendon gliding exercises helps people recovering from trigger finger surgery. Thirty adults aged 35 to 60 with lingering locking and moderate pain took part. The goal was to see if the combined approach could better reduce pain, improve finger movement, and increase grip strength.
