Summary
This study tested if adding A1 pulley stretching to tendon gliding exercises helps people recover better after trigger finger surgery. Thirty adults aged 35 to 60 with moderate pain and locking symptoms took part. The goal was to see if these exercises improve pain, finger movement, and hand grip strength.
