Summary

This study tests a drug called trifluridine/tipiracil in 52 women with advanced ER-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer that has progressed after prior chemotherapy. The goal is to see if the drug can slow cancer growth and improve quality of life. Participants take the drug orally, and researchers monitor side effects and how long the cancer stays under control.
