Summary
This study looks at how a type of talk therapy for depression changes the gut microbiome, immune system, and brain activity in 150 adults living with both HIV and depression. Participants will receive either the therapy or standard care, and researchers will use brain scans and other tests to track changes. The goal is to understand the links between mental health, gut health, and the immune system in this group.
