Summary
This observational study will enroll 50 adults with severe tricuspid regurgitation (a leaky heart valve) and reduced heart function. Researchers want to see if repairing the valve with the PASCAL Precision System allows patients to safely increase their heart failure medications over 12 months. Participants will be followed to track medication doses, hospitalizations, and quality of life.
