Summary
This early study tests a new device called the Topaz system, which replaces the tricuspid heart valve without open-heart surgery. It is for 15 adults with severe tricuspid regurgitation (leaky valve) who are at high risk for surgery. The goal is to see if the device is safe and can reduce the backward blood flow, helping patients feel better and walk farther.
