Summary

This study is testing whether a daily nutritional supplement called tricaprilin can help slow down memory and thinking problems in people with mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease. About 535 participants will take either the supplement or a placebo for 26 weeks to see if it improves their daily function and cognition. The goal is to see if this supplement can help control the progression of the disease.
