Summary

This study aims to see if a nutritional supplement called tricaprilin can help slow down memory and thinking problems in people with mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease. About 535 participants will take either the supplement or a placebo (dummy pill) twice daily for 26 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in memory, daily function, and overall condition to see if the treatment is effective and safe.
