Summary
This study tests whether a supplement called tributyrin can improve memory, thinking, walking, and balance in people with Parkinson's disease who also have cognitive problems. About 45 adults will take either tributyrin or a placebo three times a day for 80-100 days. Before and after, they will complete thinking tests, movement assessments, and brain scans to see if the supplement helps.
