Summary

This early-phase study tests a combination of three drugs (decitabine, lisaftoclax, and olverembatinib) in 30 adults with advanced chronic myeloid leukemia or a related acute leukemia. The goal is to find safe doses and see if the combo can control the disease in people who have not responded to or could not tolerate standard treatments.
