First seen Jan 29, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study tests a targeted drug called gemtuzumab ozogamicin in adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) who have small amounts of cancer left after initial treatment. The drug attaches to a protein on leukemia cells and delivers chemotherapy directly to them. The goal is to see if it can clear these hidden cells and help patients get to a stem cell transplant. About 36 people will take part.
