First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tests whether combining two drugs, dapagliflozin and SC0062, can better protect the kidneys in adults with type 1 diabetes and chronic kidney disease. The trial will involve 36 participants who will try each drug alone and together in a random order. The goal is to see if the combination reduces protein in urine and prevents fluid buildup, without causing serious side effects.
