New drug switch may calm shakes in transplant patients

Summary
This study looks at whether switching from a standard anti-rejection drug to a longer-acting version (Envarsus XR) can reduce bothersome hand tremors in people who have had a pancreas-kidney transplant. About 20 adults who received their transplant 3 months to 5 years ago and developed tremors afterward will take part. Researchers will track tremor severity, quality of life, and kidney function over time.
