Summary
This study tests a lifestyle program for adults recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Participants use a continuous glucose monitor and follow a personalized plan to minimize blood sugar spikes after meals. The goal is to see if this approach lowers blood sugar as well as or better than standard care, while reducing the need for diabetes medication.
