Summary
This study tests three different antibiotic combinations to treat dangerous, drug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii infections in intensive care patients. About 108 surgical ICU patients will receive either colistin plus fosfomycin, ampicillin/sulbactam, or eravacycline. The goal is to clear the infection, improve survival, and reduce time in the hospital.
