Treadmill therapy shows promise for kids with movement disorder

Summary
This study looks at whether walking on a treadmill with body weight support can improve movement, balance, and coordination in children aged 5-12 with dyskinetic cerebral palsy. Twenty children will be split into two groups: one gets standard physical therapy, the other gets treadmill training. Both groups will train for 4 weeks, 5 days a week, 40 minutes per session. Researchers will measure changes in gross motor skills, walking, trunk control, and fine motor skills.
