Summary

This study looks at whether walking on a treadmill with body weight support can improve motor skills in children aged 5-12 with dyskinetic cerebral palsy. Twenty children will be split into two groups: one gets standard therapy, the other gets treadmill training for 4 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in walking, balance, and coordination to see which approach works better.
