NCT ID NCT07140536
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looked at how using a treadmill desk in a cooler or warmer room affects healthy adults' back health, blood sugar, thinking skills, and comfort. Sixteen volunteers spent four days in a lab office, alternating between sitting and light walking at different temperatures. The goal was to understand if treadmill desks can improve health and reduce heating costs.
