Summary
This study tests whether a special yoga program designed for trauma survivors can reduce symptoms of psychological trauma, improve emotion regulation, and increase body awareness in young adult women aged 18-25. Participants will be randomly assigned to either the yoga group or a control group. The goal is to see if this gentle, mindful approach can ease emotional distress without medication.
