Summary
This study compares a new drug, Trastuzumab rezetecan, to standard chemotherapy in 184 adults with advanced HER2-Low breast cancer that has spread and is causing severe organ problems (visceral crisis). Participants receive the drug every three weeks. The main goal is to see if it delays cancer growth or improves survival.
