Summary
This early-phase study tests whether giving trastuzumab directly into the spinal fluid, along with an immune-boosting drug called GM-CSF, is safe for children whose ependymoma has come back. About 33 children aged 1 to 21 will take part. The goal is to see if the drug reaches the tumor and to find the safest dose.
