Summary
This study will collect and analyze real-world medical records from 60 Russian adults with advanced HER2-positive breast cancer who have already received at least one cycle of trastuzumab deruxtecan. The goal is to see how well the drug works in everyday practice, including how long it keeps cancer from growing and what side effects occur. No new treatments are given; it is an observational review of existing data.
