Summary
This study tests whether combining trastuzumab (a targeted antibody) with a patient's own modified immune cells (CAR T cells) is safe and can control HER2-positive advanced breast cancer and other solid tumors. About 36 adults aged 21 and older will take part. The goal is to see if this combination can slow or stop tumor growth.
